What this tool does

The Samatech CMMC Platform is a free online tool. It helps U.S. businesses prepare for the CMMC Level 1 self-assessment (FAR 52.204-21 and 32 CFR Part 170). You answer questions; the tool shows which requirements you meet, what is missing, and a plan to fix it. Results depend only on your answers.

What this tool does not do

• It is not a certification and gives you no CMMC status.
• It does not send anything to SPRS or to any government system. Your company must do that.
• It does not replace the yearly self-assessment and affirmation by a senior official of your company (32 CFR 170.15 and 170.22).
• It is not legal advice.
• Samatech LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Department of Defense (DoD), APEX Accelerators or the Cyber AB.

Your account

• Give true information and use your own account. Do not share accounts.
• Keep your password and your sign-in codes private.
• The owner of an organization decides who can see its data, including any Samatech consultant.

What you may not enter

Do not enter Federal Contract Information (FCI), Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), passwords, Social Security numbers or financial information.

Fair use

Do not try to see other organizations' data, overload or break the service, or use it for anything illegal. To report a security problem, write to support@samatechdigital.com.

No guarantee

The tool is provided free and "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will be error-free. To the extent the law allows, Samatech LLC is not responsible for business decisions, contract outcomes or government decisions related to your use of the tool.

Ending your use

You can delete your organization or your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes

If we change these terms we will post the new version here with a new date.
